Returns & Exchanges

We want you to be totally obsessed with your Morphe haul, but if a product isn't working for you, we offer returns on most items within 30 days of purchase. Please ensure products are in their original packaging and meet our safety standards for a seamless refund process.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and billing zip code to start the process and select the items you wish to send back.

  Print Your Label

  Once your return is authorized, we will email you a prepaid shipping label; simply print it out and securely attach it to your original Morphe packaging.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location, ensuring all previous shipping labels are covered or removed to avoid transit delays.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
